With Sarah down with Covid at the moment, I thought I would commandeer the StitchyMites this week and give you some insight to our new venture, That's Accurate. You can view more here at www.thatsaccurate.com.au

Late last year, our supplier of all of Sarah's templates kits including acrylic and EPP, sandpaper boards, Fussy Cutting mirrors and a variety of other notions, decided to close their business April 1 this year.

This had us scrambling to work out how to find someone to do the great job they were doing. In then end we decided to purchase one of their laser cutting machines... you can see it in action below cutting some of Sarah's rulers and paper.

I was also in at a cross roads in my career and this made perfect sense for both of us. Now we can make all Sarah's products but also support other designers and shops with their template needs. BUT also it gives us a creative platform to create new fun ideas for quilters. My background was in advertising and new product development for over 30 years, so I love the challenge of developing a new idea from the ground up. This is what That's Accurate is all about.

Next week we will launch a variety of new products on the website including a range of quilt block template kits which allow you to create fun quilt designs from one block. Here is an example of one block Sarah has designed:
